Process for Finding a Day Home
When parents phone or visit the office requesting childcare, an intake is conducted in order to gather some pertinent information which will assist us in finding you a suitable day home for your family. Suitable providers are then contacted by the agency to see whether or not they are interested in the potential placement. Parents are then given the provider(s) name and phone number(s). It is then the parent's responsibility to contact the provider(s) and make arrangements to meet for an interview and see the residence.
Fees and Payment
Childcare fees are to be paid on the first of each month before care is given. Methods of payment are - cash, cheque, money order or online bill payment. Please contact our office for current childcare fees.
Please do not apply for subsidy until you have chosen one of our day homes. Call our office before applying for subsidy to receive information about printing your "Online Conditional Approval Page" to receive an immediate reduction on your childcare fees. Without this page you must pay in full until we receive government confirmation which could take four to six weeks.
